About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at AgeRight, you will establish treatment plans based on physician orders, prepare and complete clinical and progress notes, and teach patients and their families or caregivers how to meet individual treatment goals. You will be part of a team that provides flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement in the healthcare field.
About You
Required:
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- Graduate from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- CPR Certification.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in Home Health.
- Organizational skills to facilitate program development.
