About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will complete evaluations of assigned patients, plan and provide treatment, document patient progress, teach skills and techniques, conduct training programs, design adaptive devices, and collaborate with the rehabilitation team. You will also participate in performance improvement activities and demonstrate service excellence.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a program jointly accredited by the ACOTE or a graduate of the ACOTE accredited career mobility program.
- Licensure in the state of Ohio or license eligible.
- CPR Certification.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in both written and oral form.
- Must possess a valid State of Ohio motor vehicle operator's license and be insurable under Firelands' auto policy.
Preferred:
- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to keep abreast of new research and practices in the field.
