As an Occupational Therapist, Home Health PRN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. You will work independently and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with a valid state license.
- At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury.
- Experience in home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environments.
- Must be a licensed driver capable of traveling to all business locations.
