About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist Home Health, you will conduct home safety and aging-in-place assessments, strength and mobility check-ups, daily self-care and home-management reviews, and screenings for functional fitness and endurance. You will support clients through lifestyle, habit, and meaningful activity reviews, as well as emotional well-being and quality-of-life check-ins, guiding them with personalized lifestyle and wellness consultations to help maintain independence and thrive at home.
About You
Required:
- Active California Occupational Therapy License
- 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid California drivers license and car insurance
- Cell Phone with Internet Access
