- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
- Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the applicable state.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
