About the Role

You will also provide clinical support and education to patients and their families, and recommend home modifications and adaptive equipment as needed.

About You

Required:

Active/Valid Texas license in Occupational Therapy.
In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.

Preferred:

SNF/Long term care experience.
Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System.
