About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist Mobile Outpatient, you will deliver personalized therapy to patients in their homes or independent living facilities. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized therapy programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will also educate patients and caregivers on skills essential for promoting independence and productivity.
About You
Required:
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
- Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
