About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients to determine their rehabilitation needs and develop a plan of care. You will implement and monitor the Plan of Care, communicate with healthcare team members, and ensure patient safety. The role requires physical demands including lifting and transferring patients, and may involve irregular hours.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting.
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
- Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
- Must be able and willing to travel 50%.
- Able to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
