About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities, collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' performance in daily living activities. You will also provide adaptive equipment recommendations, facilitate therapeutic activities, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor treatment effectiveness while adhering to professional standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and community partners.
- Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach to care.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
