You will receive support from a dedicated team of care coordinators and case managers, ensuring you have the resources needed to help your patients achieve their goals.
About You
Required:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
- Experience in home health or similar settings.
Preferred:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
