About You
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) if licensed after January 2007.
- Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Two years' occupational therapy experience.
