About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist Per Diem, you will be responsible for coordinating care to meet the Occupational Therapy needs of patients and their families. This includes identifying needs for intervention, discharge planning, resource identification, and monitoring care delivery. You will also advocate for patients and evaluate outcomes while assisting other team members. This position requires flexibility in hours and is eligible for overtime pay.
About You
Required:
- Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist License issued by California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
- Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) issued by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current Physical Agent Modalities (PAM) Certification issued by State of California
- Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
Preferred:
- Graduate of an educational program for occupational therapists approved by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
- Minimum of one year related practice experience
