About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess clients, formulate care plans, provide education to clients and caregivers, and deliver occupational therapy services as prescribed by physicians. You will also document client care, supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and agency policies.

About You

Required:

Current Occupational Therapy License in Virginia.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
One-year clinical experience.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.

Preferred:

One-year home health experience.
Ability to function with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
Critical thinking skills.
