About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality home healthcare by administering occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis. Your duties will include improving or minimizing residual physical disabilities, participating in care planning, providing prescribed therapy, and consulting with physicians regarding treatment changes.

About You

Required:

Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation.
Currently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the state of practice.
Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.

Preferred:

Two years experience in Home Health.
Access to reliable transportation.
