About the Role
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for optimizing the functional abilities and skills of patients, building a strong occupational therapy assistant program, and enhancing your clinical expertise through interaction with other professionals. You will provide quality patient care, supervise Rehab Techs, and adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license.
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or long-term acute hospitals.
- Knowledge of various relevant payment models related to billing and treatment guidelines.
