Summary

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for optimizing the functional abilities and skills of patients, providing quality patient care, and maintaining professional conduct in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. You will also supervise Rehab Techs, manage cases, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license.
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge of various relevant payment models related to billing and treatment guidelines.
