About You
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- An active OCM certification from a recognized OCM professional organization.
- Seven (7) years of experience applying OCM principles, with at least four (4) years as a senior PM on large IT projects.
- Three (3) years of experience providing OCM services to government agencies.
- Three (3) years of experience training large organizations.
- Four (4) years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
- Master’s degree from a recognized college or university.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience applying OCM principles, with five (5) or more years as a senior PM on large IT projects.
- Four (4) or more years of experience providing OCM services to government agencies.
- Four (4) or more years of experience training large organizations.
- Five (5) or more years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
