- Master of Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work (MSW).
- Licensed by the State of Ohio Social Work Board (LSW, LISW, or LISW-S).
- 1 - 2 years of equivalent experience.
- 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience.
- NCI-APS Certification (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills) within 90 days of hire.
