About the Role
As an Off-Shift Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all manufacturing personnel on the 2nd and 3rd shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and employee morale, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will ensure smooth operations in CNC machining and forge tooling processes, monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager and other Supervisors, communicate shift updates, plan staffing and production needs, execute manufacturing plans, and track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years’ experience with CNC machining, programs, and processes.
- Strong mechanical and process troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and shifts.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with metrology and hand gage inspection methods.
- General computer and strong organizational skills.
