Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner to join their team in Fort Meade, MD. The role involves leveraging military operations expertise to plan, approve, and execute offensive cyberspace operations.
About the Role
As an Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner, you will draft and edit Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs). You will participate in Joint Planning Groups (JPG) and Operational Planning Teams (OPT), analyze and integrate cyber capabilities into mission plans, and support action officers with planning. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing plans, developing concepts of support, coordinating comprehensive plans, and providing subject matter expert support to cryptologic operations and Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience with military cyberspace operations or computer network operations.
- 3+ years of experience with OCO or the military planning process.
- Experience in mission planning with a military or government OPT.
- Experience drafting and editing OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
- Experience developing concepts of support and courses of action.
- Knowledge of cyberspace capabilities and available infrastructure or platforms.
- Knowledge of planning technical operations.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- HS diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience working with client cybersecurity teams, including Combat Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), or Combat Support Teams (CST).
- Experience with full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Completion of the Joint Information Operations Planners or Special Technical Operations (STO) Planners Course.
