- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experienced Personal Assistant at senior management level.
- Experience of electronic diary management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and plan work effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible, pro-active approach to work.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Benefits
- Hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00, payable bi-weekly.
- Part-time schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week, including Monday through Friday and 1 Saturday a month.
Founded in 2005, ASun Star provides services to individuals (adolescent, adult) and families within the home, school, and community. We specialize in working with at-risk families and individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our programs are designed using evidenced supported/evidenced based positive approaches. Our policies and procedures are written in a way to give a voice to every integral part of the organization while providing safety in the delivery of services. Understanding that trauma plays an important factor in everyone’s life, we approach each individual with Positive Behavior Supports which are intertwined in a Nurtured Heart Approach.
