About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the enterprise, managing a multi-line phone system, welcoming visitors, and ensuring professional routing of calls and inquiries. You will coordinate shared-services logistics, maintain office supplies, manage correspondence, and provide administrative support to leadership and team members. Additionally, you will utilize Microsoft Office and office systems to support daily operations and collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of relevant office administration or front desk experience.
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional, front-facing office environment.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in a fast-paced setting with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
