The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Cranberry Township, PA. The role involves performing all administrative duties for a Goodyear Commercial Tire Center.
About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for billing, credit and collection, handling purchase orders, ensuring inventory security, maintaining workflow and organization, filing, reviewing daily sales reports, controlling Center assets, interacting with customers, and performing various manual tasks.
About You
Required:
Familiarity with general financial and management concepts including cash management, credit & collections, billing & receiving functions, inventory management, accounts payable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related programs.
Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year of previous administrative experience in a customer service environment.
