About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare and edit documents, handle incoming communications, maintain organized filing systems, assist in planning company events, oversee daily office operations, manage supply inventory, coordinate office maintenance, implement office policies, assist with new employee onboarding, and support special projects.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
- 3+ years of professional experience in administrative support or office management.
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations and administrative best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred:
- Notary Public preferred (or willingness to obtain).
