ServiceSource is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team in Clearfield, UT. The role involves providing administrative support, receptionist duties, and assisting various teams within the organization.
About the Role
As an Office Assistant, you will perform onsite administrative support for PARC and the Executive Regional Director, including receptionist duties, maintaining records, composing correspondence, managing the PARC calendar, and ordering office supplies. You will also assist with special projects and ensure the security of front office areas.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
- Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
- Pass and maintain Department of Human Services background clearance.
Preferred:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent oral/verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
