About You
Required:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- At least one (1) year of administrative experience in an office or clinical setting.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of administrative and office management processes.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and protocols.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical record software (EPIC).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
