The Office Coordinator II assists in managing daily operations and prioritizing needs across Local Health Ministries and departments, ensuring collaborative and patient-centered care with physicians, nurses, and support teams. Responsibilities include supporting quality, safety, and risk programs, continuous improvement activities, regulatory compliance, and solving complex problems impacting business management and direction. The role requires leadership to foster a healthy environment and improve outcomes within Holy Cross Health.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of healthcare experience.
- Skill in using computer coding programs and systems.
- Knowledge of coding policies, procedures, and reimbursement practices.
- Knowledge of health insurance processing and clinical policies.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to prepare reports according to detailed instructions.
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Training on use of Automated External Defibrillator and stop the bleed kits.
