About the Role
As an Office Coordinator, you will oversee front desk operations, manage calls, coordinate guest access, and handle package deliveries. You will provide direct support to the Office Manager, assist with planning and scheduling office events, manage electronic files, and support corporate accounting, marketing, and HR departments with routine administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Between 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for optimizing workflows and enhancing office efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work in-office full time (40 hrs./week) with occasional need for extended hours.
