About the Role
As an Office Manager / Staff Officer Level 3, you will be responsible for tracking and managing internal and external taskers, preparing weekly reports, reviewing submissions for quality, and generating updates on deliverables. You will also provide operational support and manage inter-agency agreements while employing effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
- US Citizenship
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data metrics.
- Experience in building complex formulas in Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Geospatial-Intelligence sources and methods.
- Experience with Adobe PDF software.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision.
