About the Role
As an Office Manager / Staff Officer Level 4, you will facilitate the daily operations of the Source Directorate, manage taskers, and advise on corporate business decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing workforce skills, managing administrative functions, and providing business planning and communication expertise. You will also support government communications and engage with community members as directed.
About You
Required:
- Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
- US Citizenship
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Access and SharePoint tools
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging a range of data sources for understanding manpower and performance management
- Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining databases, SharePoint, and Tableau dashboards
Preferred:
- Experience in managing human capital and financial management processes
- Experience with building complex functions and macros within Excel
