About the Role
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming work environment, managing a small team of administrative staff, and coordinating internal events. Your daily tasks will include overseeing office operations, maintaining supplies, serving as the main contact for building management, and ensuring high-quality administrative support across the organization.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in office management and administrative operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience managing a team or providing oversight to administrative personnel.
- Familiarity with scheduling and communication tools.
