About the Role
As an Office Manager, you will partner closely with the Controller to maintain accounting integrity, support end-of-month close, and provide leadership to the office team. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly financial statements, overseeing daily accounting operations, managing office staff, conducting reconciliations, and assisting with audit preparations.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or senior accounting lead in an automotive dealership.
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes, financial statements, and month-end close.
- Hands-on experience with general ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, and close-out processes.
- Proven ability to lead office staff and delegate workflow effectively.
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK preferred; Reynolds & Reynolds or Dealertrack a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings including background check, MVR, drug test, and possess a valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- BMW or public automotive franchise experience.
