About the Role
As a Part Time Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating volunteers, ordering office supplies, managing administrative duties, handling phone messages, maintaining records, and providing general office support. You will create a welcoming and organized atmosphere in the front office and assist with various tasks related to donations and community outreach.

Required:
- Willingness to uphold and support The Salvation Army's mission and ministry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to apply tact in diplomacy.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Associate degree and at least three to five years’ experience in relative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Mail Merge, and PowerPoint.
- Training in food safety and food handling through Health Department.
