About the Role
As an Office Manager, you will perform various administrative and general office duties, including maintaining confidentiality, providing excellent customer service, establishing filing systems, answering calls, supervising administrative assistants, and supporting community housing options for clients. You will also oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply ordering and front desk coverage.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity with knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office machines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and perform basic mathematical functions.
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
Preferred:
- Experience supervising administrative staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
