About the Role
As an Office Manager, you will manage clerical staff, maintain payroll hours, and ensure compliance with HR policies. You will handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accounts receivable and payable, and act as a liaison for corporate HR. Your responsibilities will also include providing administrative assistance to employees and completing monthly bank reconciliations.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative/office setting.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with prioritizing duties and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- A Valid Driver’s License is required.
Preferred:
- A college degree in business, business administration, or related field.
- Training in office management education.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
