About You
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
- Relevant Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a law firm or in a corporate legal department.
- Experience working in support of senior corporate leaders and boards of directors.
- Experience in banking, regulatory, corporate law and/or governance in the financial services industry.
- Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program.
