As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will manage daily office operations, coordinate with building management, manage vendor relationships, and assist with basic IT support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining office supplies, supporting internal meetings, and ensuring a professional presence for employees and visitors.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience in office management, office operations, or workplace coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day office needs.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating with building management or facilities teams.
- Exposure to basic IT troubleshooting or working with IT support teams.
- Experience supporting office meetings or workplace events.
