Summary
National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) is seeking an Office Services Manager to join their team in Tysons Corner, VA. The role involves overseeing print and production services, office management, and daily workflows to ensure smooth internal operations.
About the Role
As the Office Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading print and production services, managing daily office operations, serving as a liaison with building management, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting workflow audits, overseeing vendor relationships, and providing mentorship to office services staff. You will ensure high-quality output and efficient workflows while delivering strong internal customer service.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in print production or office/administrative management (preferably in a trade association).
- Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven success in workflow optimization, process improvement, or systems design.
- Strong knowledge of print production equipment, technologies, and software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with production/job-tracking systems.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and support office services equipment as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and documentation; background supporting accounting or financial operations preferred.
