About the Role

As an Office Supervisor, Managed Operations, you will manage daily operations, monitor performance metrics, oversee staffing and scheduling, maintain a professional office environment, coordinate marketing initiatives, recruit and develop staff, ensure exceptional customer service, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, conduct quality assurance checks, manage office budgets, and implement strategies for revenue growth.

About You

Required:

Associate's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the tax preparation or financial services industry.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Preferred:

Extensive knowledge of relevant tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with tax preparation software and office productivity tools.
