About the Role
As an Offshore Construction Site Manager, you will have decision-making authority for all operations at the construction site. You will be responsible for planning and executing work in accordance with contracts and EHS/QA systems, ensuring compliance with SGRE standards. Your role includes providing EHS leadership, managing site activities to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets, and implementing change and claim management processes. You will also oversee site setup, mobilization, and demobilization, while maintaining tools and equipment during execution.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or 5+ years of professional experience in the Offshore wind industry with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Availability to travel for assigned projects up to 100%.
- Experience in leadership roles within large international construction projects.
Preferred:
- In-depth technical knowledge of wind turbine products and related logistics.
- Understanding of project site work processes, including planning, production, assembly, and commissioning.
