Mertz Integration is seeking a Blaster to join their team in Ponca City, OK. The role involves using specialized tools and machinery to remove imperfections, rust, paint, and dirt from hard surfaces.

As a Blaster, you will be responsible for performing sandblasting operations to clean and prepare surfaces for coating applications. Your daily tasks will include loading and unloading abrasive materials into blasting equipment, ensuring proper setup and maintenance of the blasting equipment, and inspecting surfaces after blasting to ensure required specifications and standards are met. You will also adhere to all safety protocols and follow established Lean Manufacturing and 6-S procedures.
