About the Role
As an Engagement Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership of client projects, manage complex programs, guide clients through the commercial process, identify new business opportunities, and develop intellectual capital. You will also oversee the consulting team, support project execution, and engage in firm-building activities.
About You
Required:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Professional experience with commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
- Experience working with both CMT and Private Equity clients.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Client management experience.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including internationally.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups).
- A passion for creative thinking and the creative process.
- Versatility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
- Impeccable judgment and decision-making skills.
- Highly motivated and committed to excellence.
