As a Principal, you will provide day-to-day leadership of client projects, manage complex programs to ensure timely delivery, guide clients as trusted advisors, identify new business opportunities, create intellectual capital through thought leadership, and develop others within the firm.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or Communications, Media & Technology industry experience.
- Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Outstanding communication skills with confidence in presenting to senior executives.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).
Preferred:
- Machine learning, data science, AI/genAI capabilities.
- Track record of leading and managing teams in fast-paced environments.
