About the Role
As an OmniPlus Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust product architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing and optimizing existing systems, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. You will also ensure compliance with industry standards, conduct code reviews, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.
About You
Required:
- Strong expertise in Linux Shell Scripting, OmniPlus, Omni Script, VSAM, and Cobol.
- Experience in designing and implementing product architectures in a hybrid work model.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
