HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an On-Call Client Safety Navigator for their 815 Residential Services in San Francisco, CA. The role involves ensuring a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors while utilizing de-escalation strategies to manage crisis situations.
About the Role
As an On-Call Client Safety Navigator, you will be stationed at the front desk, monitoring entrances and exits, checking clients and visitors in, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment. You will be responsible for de-escalating tense situations, making regular rounds to ensure safety, and collaborating with service providers to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will carry Narcan to respond to drug overdoses and maintain documentation related to client and visitor logs.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to interface well with diverse, disadvantaged populations.
Preferred:
2-4 years of lived experience with the community behavioral health system and/or criminal justice system.
Knowledge of San Francisco community behavioral health and public health systems.
Familiarity with supportive counseling strategies and wellness principles.
