About the Role
As an On-Site Support Technician, you will leverage your technical expertise to impact client success through innovative problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include monitoring computer and network operations, supporting active directory and email systems, and ensuring compliance with PCI standards. You will act as a liaison between hotel customers and technical teams, addressing technology needs and concerns effectively.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in IT support, particularly in networking and virtualization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows Server, Azure, and Office 365.
Preferred:
- Experience with hospitality-driven applications and PCI compliance.
- Advanced understanding of DHCP, DNS, and IP protocols.
