About You
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of high school education or a General Education Development certificate (GED).
- Exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Understanding of the Home Health Care field/market.
- Prior experience in a Call Center environment.
