About the Role
As an Oncology and Infusion Stewardship Clinical Coordinator, you will oversee outpatient oncology and infusion compliance processes, partner with the revenue cycle management team, and evaluate treatment options from a cost-effective perspective. You will also implement standardized clinical pharmacy services, mentor pharmacists, and establish quality assurance processes within the service line.
About You
Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an AACP accredited university.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved course in immunizations or certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or certification obtained within one year of hire.
- Completion of a PGY2 residency plus 1 year of relevant experience, or PGY1 residency plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties that aligns to practice area strongly preferred at time of hire and required within one year.
- Extensive experience or 5 years of outpatient infusion center experience.
- Previous leadership experience.
