About the Role

As an Oncology Pharm Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating communications with patient provider teams, processing prescriptions, assisting in compounding and distribution of medications, and managing inventory. You will ensure compliance with federal regulations and hospital policies while maintaining quality assurance in medication preparation and delivery.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma/GED.
Graduated from an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or have relevant experience for licensure.
Registered Pharmacy Technician.
2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with experience in unit dose, pharmacy orders, and inventory systems.

Preferred:

Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Management, Business, Medical Assisting, or related field.
Experience with I.V. admixtures and Cerner Systems EHR.
Familiarity with Pyxis ES and investigational medication management.
