Summary
Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking an OnCore Assistant Maintenance Manager to join their team in Big Spring, TX. The role involves overseeing the operations of multiple OnCore Mobile Processing units and ensuring efficient plant operations.
About the Role
As the OnCore Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will assist in preparing and executing operational and production schedules, coordinate frac sand mining activities, and direct the OnCore leadership for effective plant operations. You will maintain safety and environmental practices, monitor costs and quality standards, and resolve operational issues. Additionally, you will manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of operations leadership experience in silica, aggregate or similar facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge in plant maintenance and rolling stock.
- Strong electrical/control knowledge in plant systems including PLC's, VFD, and sensors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Progressive leadership experience gained over at least five (5) years in an operating plant environment.
- Experience operating front-end loader, scraper, bulldozer, and other support equipment.
- Comfortable working outside in various elements.
